Hey… Kids Are Anglers too !

On the Charter Boat SURE LURE, we believe that, “You can give a man a fish and feed him for a day. But, teach a kid to fish, and they’ll be an angler for a lifetime.”

Fishing is a lifetime sport that builds self-esteem and provides a positive outlet for our youth. And, how can’t you just love involving kids in a sport that promotes an understanding and appreciation of our precious environment, wildlife, and natural resources, while providing a means of family interaction, camaraderie, and relaxation.

Fishing is just plain fun and it is downright American.

We think junior anglers are terrific and we welcome kids and families to go fishing with us anytime. While having a great time doing so, you will be educating your kids on the importance of conservation through responsible sport fishing, and how together we can all be stewards of the environment for generations of anglers to come.

The SURE LURE supports the annual “Take A Kid Fishing Day” in Destin, and the Junior Angler programs of the International Game Fish Association.
